Answers to two common questions:
What’s the meaning of ‘Frontline’ Analytics?
Our organization is at the frontline of the technologies we study and use to deliver solutions for our clients. We thoroughly review, analyze and plan for new features and services and then bring these insights to our clients.
Additionally, our team of BI professionals and the delivery methodology we practice reduces the cost, time, and complexity associated with many BI and analytics projects. For example, our projects are not distributed among many associates – our clients have a single point of contact whose solely responsible for both technical and non-technical work. Furthermore, we take pride in quickly addressing the root of our client’s challenges or goals and limiting pre-sales/marketing activities and any non-value added meetings or presentations.
What makes Frontline different?
We have a unique philosophy and culture that produces high levels of energy, concentration, and quality in our work.
Our team is highly flexible and adaptable in both skillset and mindset. We can rapidly develop and iterate on a prototype working directly with business stakeholders but also convert or migrate that prototype to a corporate BI asset working with BI/IT professionals and system administrators.
We think of our services as much more than just delivering specific business requirements, even if this alone may be sufficient for some clients. We proactively seek to understand factors and issues beyond the immediate scope of our engagements and share these insights with our clients.
